Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• FDCPA knowledge not required but preferred.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills are essential.

• Ability to problem solve and multitask while handling confidential information.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to exchange accurate information over the phone.
