Job summary

ActivMed Practices & Research seeks a Patient Liaison to support onsite recruitment for multiple studies. You will perform pre-screening, coordinate scheduling, and work with site staff to move eligible subjects toward enrollment.

Candidates should have 5+ years in healthcare or clinical research, strong organization, and excellent communication. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; this is an on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma, or equivalent, and 5+ years in healthcare, call center or medical research.
• Licenses (MA, CNA, LPN/LVN, EMT) preferred.
• Experience with CTMS and scheduling is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute onsite patient pre-screening and pre-qualification to drive enrollment.
• Evaluate eligibility via interviews, records review, and staff discussions.
• Manage screening visit schedules and No-Show/DNQ tracking.
• Maintain CTMS updates and stakeholder communication.
• Support outreach and relationships with referral partners.
