Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research is seeking a Patient Liaison to support onsite recruitment, pre-screening, and scheduling for local sites. You will help qualify patients and navigate enrollment steps while maintaining CTMS updates and timely communications with site staff.

The role requires at least 5 years in healthcare or medical research, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and strong calendar and data-entry skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma, or equivalent, plus 5 years’ healthcare or medical research experience.
• MA, CNA, LPN/LVN, EMT or similar license preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite patient pre-screening and pivot qualified patients into active studies.
• Evaluate eligibility via screening interviews, medical record reviews, or staff discussions.
• Manage scheduling, reminders, and follow-up for enrollments.
• Monitor No-Show/DNQ tracking and optimize processes.
• Coordinate on patient referrals and community outreach as needed.
