Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research is expanding its patient recruitment across multiple sites. The Patient Liaison will conduct onsite pre-screening, coordinate scheduling, and drive enrollment for local studies to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare or medical research, strong organizational and communication skills, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. Experience with CTMS and EHR systems is highly preferred; this is a full-time onsite role with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in healthcare, call center, or medical research.
• MA, CNA, LPN/LVN, EMT or medical license preferred.
• Experience with CTMS and calendar management is highly preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish proficiency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute onsite pre-screening and pivot qualified patients into studies.
• Evaluate eligibility via screening interviews, medical records reviews or staff discussions.
• Manage onsite screening schedule and rescheduling as needed.
• Own No-Show/DNQ tracking and optimization.
• Capture and manage inbound physician referral leads.
• Address barriers to study entry with available support services.
• Update CTMS with patient touches and statuses.
• Create targeted CTMS call lists for efficient recruitment.
• Drive recruitment metrics and report screening performance.
• Notify leadership of barriers to screens.
• Knowlege of clinical studies and inclusion/exclusion criteria.
• Manage patient portal leads and refer-a-friend campaigns.
• Represent company with HCP referral partners locally.
• Support local community outreach events to engage patients.
• May assist with recruiter training and onboarding.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
