ActivMed Practices & Research in Methuen, MA is seeking a Patient Liaison to support onsite enrollment efforts. You will conduct pre-screening, schedule visits, and guide potential participants through the screening-to-enrollment process.

The role requires strong communication, healthcare/clinical research experience, and the ability to work with site staff to meet recruitment goals. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 5+ years in healthcare or clinical research.
• Experience with scheduling, calendar management and CTMS is highly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus for patient communications.

Mansioni

• Execute onsite patient pre-screening and pivot qualified participants into studies locally.
• Evaluate eligibility via interviews, medical record reviews, or staff discussions.
• Schedule and reschedule visits; manage reminders and follow-up communications.
• Own no-show/DNQ tracking and coordinate referrals from physicians.
• Update CTMS with patient statuses and touches; support outreach activities.
