Accel Research Sites in Decatur, GA is seeking a Patient Liaison (Patient Recruiter) to support onsite recruitment efforts for multiple Phase studies. You will pre-screen, schedule, and guide patients through enrollment, coordinating with site staff and physicians to optimize flow.

Requires 5 years in healthcare or related fields; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. The role emphasizes strong organization, data accuracy in CTMS, and HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare, call center, or medical research environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare licenses preferred.
• Experience with therapy areas, customer service, scheduling and CTMS highly preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite patient pre-screening and steer qualified patients to active studies at local sites.
• Evaluate eligibility via interviews, medical record reviews, or staff discussions; manage patient enrollment follow-up.
• Monitor and adjust onsite screening visit schedules; reschedule as needed.
• Own No-Show/DNQ tracking, triage, and optimization.
• Coordinate outreach with physician referrals and site partners.
• Update CTMS and patient profiles regularly; manage patient touchpoints.
