Job summary

Accel Research Sites, based in Boston, seeks a Patient Liaison to support onsite patient recruitment for multiple studies. You will conduct pre-screening, schedule visits, and coordinate with site staff to move eligible participants into trials.

The role requires excellent communication, HIPAA compliance, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities; prior CTMS experience is preferred. This full-time position offers a benefits package and growth opportunities within a growing clinical research

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, call center, or medical research.
• High school diploma or equivalent; professional license preferred (MA/CNA/LPN/EMT).
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with CTMS and electronic health records is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute onsite pre-screening and help pivot qualified patients into active studies.
• Schedule visits, manage appointments, and coordinate with site staff.
• Maintain CTMS data, update patient statuses, and track referrals.
• Support community outreach and assist with recruiter training as needed.
