Zusammenfassung

Alcanza Clinical Research is seeking a detail-oriented Patient Liaison to support onsite patient recruitment across multiple sites. You will conduct pre-screening, coordinate scheduling, and guide eligible patients through enrollment while communicating with site staff and investigators.

The role requires at least 5 years in healthcare or related fields, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CTMS and EHR systems.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a healthcare, call center, or medical research environment or equivalent.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Strong organization and communication skills; ability to handle sensitive patient information (HIPAA).

Aufgaben

• Perform onsite patient pre-screening and pivot qualified patients into active studies for local sites.
• Evaluate eligibility through screening interviews and chart reviews; support enrollment and follow-up.
• Manage onsite screening schedules, rescheduling, and reminders.
• Track no-shows and DNQ; triage and optimize processes.
• Coordinate patient portal leads and refer-a-friend campaigns; liaise with HCP referral partners.
