Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research is seeking a Patient Liaison to support onsite recruitment efforts across our network. You will conduct pre-screening, determine eligibility, and coordinate scheduling to drive enrollment at local sites.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and HIPAA-safe handling of patient information, with 5+ years in healthcare or related fields; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. This is a full-time onsite position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least 5 years in healthcare, call center, or medical research.
• MA, CNA, LPN/LVN, EMT or medical license preferred.
• Experience with CTMS, therapy areas, customer service, calendar management.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite patient pre-screening and pre-qualification for enrollment.
• Evaluate eligibility via screening interviews and medical records reviews.
• Manage scheduling and reminders; monitor visit calendars.
• Track no-shows and DNQ; manage referrals.
• Address barriers with transportation and support services.
• Update CTMS with patient statuses and profiles.
• Create targeted call lists using CTMS.
• Support recruitment goals and measure performance metrics.
• Collaborate with physicians and referral partners; participate in community events.
