Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Newton-Wellesley Hospital is seeking a Clinic/Practice Assistant to support our primary care practice in Millis, MA. You will handle patient check-in/out, scheduling, and front desk duties, helping ensure a smooth patient flow.

This role requires a high school diploma and 2–3 years of office experience; training is provided for healthcare tasks. On-site, 40 hours weekly, daytime shifts, with a competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine administrative and clerical duties relating to a clinical service or physician practice.
• Make patient appointments and maintain appointment records.
• Greet and assist patients.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• File materials in patient folders and print appointment schedules.
• Process patient billing forms and scan documents to patient medical record/LMR.
• Call for patient medical records and laboratory test results.
