Job summary

Mass General Brigham’s Newton-Wellesley Hospital seeks a full-time Clinic/Practice Assistant for an on-site Internal Medicine/Adult Primary Care clinic in Wellesley, MA. Hours are Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm, with duties in administration and basic clinical support to ensure smooth patient flow.

Responsibilities include scheduling, check-in/out, greeting patients, phone inquiries, billing forms, and filing. A High School Diploma and 2–3 years of office experience are required.

• 2–3 years of office experience required.
• Ability to perform administrative and clerical duties.

Responsibilities

• Make patient appointments and manage appointment records.
• Greet and assist patients.
• Answer telephones, assist callers with routine inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Process patient billing forms and scan documents to patient medical record/LMR.
• May monitor patients in waiting area and support patient flow.
