Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, AZ is seeking a results-driven Client Success professional to manage a portfolio of customers from post-implementation onboarding through ongoing value realization.

You will collaborate with Sales and internal teams, monitor health metrics, conduct business reviews, and drive adoption and retention. Some domestic travel may be required to attend team onsite meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2–5 years in consultative multi-client account management in SaaS or HCM.
• Experience with CRM and data-driven client reviews is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client portfolio to drive retention and product adoption.
• Oversee full client lifecycle from post-implementation onboarding to offboarding.
• Lead regular business reviews and quantify value delivered.
• Onboard new accounts and drive adoption across the client lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify expansion opportunities.
