Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking and channel partners. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale implementation, negotiate pricing, and finalize client service agreements.

You will maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast, and consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas while traveling for client meetings and events as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to generate new business and exceed sales targets.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
