Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions, headquartered in Chandler, AZ, is seeking a results-driven Client Success professional to manage a portfolio of clients, drive satisfaction, retention, and product adoption across post-implementation lifecycle.

You will partner with Sales and internal teams, monitor client health via KPIs, conduct business reviews, onboard new accounts, and pro-actively address at-risk accounts while traveling occasionally for onsite meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 2-5 years of experience in a multi-client account management role.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.
• Oversee the full client lifecycle from post-implementation onboarding to offboarding.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify expansion and upsell opportunities.
• Monitor client health via KPIs and conduct regular business reviews.
• Onboard new accounts and users and drive adoption throughout the lifecycle.
• Escalate and resolve client issues to maintain high satisfaction.
• Travel occasionally for onsite meetings, events, and trainings.
