Job summary

Vensure HCM is seeking a results-driven Client Success professional to manage a portfolio of clients from post-implementation onboarding through offboarding, ensuring retention and value realization. This on-site role is based in Chandler, AZ and involves collaboration with Sales to enable expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities include monitoring client health, driving product adoption, and leading business reviews, with occasional travel for onsite meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2–5 years in a multi-client account management role within HCM or SaaS.
• UKG Ready experience is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and drive satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.
• Oversee the full client lifecycle from post-implementation onboarding through offboarding.
• Define metrics and conduct business reviews to demonstrate value.
• Onboard new accounts and drive adoption throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to resolve issues and identify expansion opportunities.
• Some domestic travel may be required to attend onsite meetings and events.
