Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a results-driven Client Success professional to manage a portfolio of clients and drive satisfaction, retention, and product adoption. You will oversee the full client lifecycle, from post-implementation onboarding through offboarding, ensuring a seamless and value-driven experience.

Partner cross-functionally to deliver solutions, address risks, and collaborate with Sales on expansion opportunities, with occasional domestic travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 2-5 years of experience in a consultative, multi-client account management role within HCM disciplines or a SaaS organization.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other applications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and drive satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.
• Oversee the full client lifecycle from post-implementation onboarding through offboarding.
• Define clear metrics and proof points for engagement; conduct regular Business Reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities and expand client relationships.
• Onboard new accounts, provide frameworks for success, and drive adoption across the lifecycle.
• Serve as escalation point; monitor client health and address risks with data-driven plans.
• Occasional travel for team onsite meetings, customer events, and training.
