Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager in the New York area to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs. You will lead recruitment efforts, manage client relationships, and drive ongoing program evolution aligned with client objectives.

A strong track record in client service, recruitment leadership, and KPI-driven delivery is essential for success. You will partner with HR and Operations to grow accounts, maintain high client satisfaction, and position teams for continued

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
• Experience leading a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Adept at establishing and managing KPIs and SLAs.
• In-depth knowledge of current recruiting practices and relevant laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing relationships with HR and Operations.
• Lead daily recruitment/fulfillment activities to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell Adecco services (conversions, temp and perm placements).
• Coordinate with clients to define strategic hiring objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of target industries, roles, and competition.
• Serve as Brand Ambassador and participate in Thought Leadership.
• Ensure client requirements and contractual SLAs are met.
• Escalate client issues to appropriate stakeholders and resolve them.
