Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a customer-facing role focused on prompt, accurate service across multiple client locations in Irvine, CA. You will handle courier tasks, mail, reception, and related office services, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Role requires HS Diploma or GED and the ability to multitask, with occasional driving between locations. A valid driver's license and willingness to work OT as needed are required.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role requiring adherence to client policies and protocols.
• Strong emphasis on good customer service and communication.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Promptly informs supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
• Responds to management and client requests via emails, phone, text, and verbal communication.
• Provides excellent customer service and coverage across assigned locations.
• Maintains site procedures and records for account processes.
• Performs duties across potential areas (Copy/Print, Mail, Courier, Reception, Shipping, Inventory) as needed.
• Attends cross-functional trainings to ensure coverage when short-staffed.
