Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a hands-on, customer-facing Site Services Associate for on-site locations in the United States. You will handle courier and mail duties, reception and office services, and support operations across multiple site functions to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, strong communication, and the ability to multitask under minimal supervision, with OT as needed. Driving between client locations may be required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills/technical knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• May require OT as needed.
• May require driving between multiple client locations; a personal vehicle may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to spend extended periods standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Promptly informs supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
• Responds to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages and verbal.
• Focus on providing good customer service.
• Contributes to Site Procedure Guide to record account processes.
• Coverage across Copy/Print Production, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier, Reception/Office Services, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory, Warehouse, File Room based on location.
• Attends cross-functional trainings to provide coverage when short-staffed.
• Site responsibility and coverage may change based on client/division needs.
• Handle prompt and accurate receiving, sorting, delivery, pick up, and processing of all courier items and USPS mail.
• Track courier and accountable items (FedEx, UPS, Certified Mail, etc.).
• Route unidentified mail and manage messenger items.
• Respond to customer requests and log inquiries.
• Perform routine upkeep of equipment.
• Record and track customer inquiries and fulfillment of requests.
