Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is hiring for a full-time, on-site role focused on prompt customer service and efficient handling of courier, mail, and site tasks. You will log, route, and respond to requests across multiple channels, ensuring smooth daily operations and quick problem resolution.

The role requires a HS diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask with minimal supervision. OT may be required and driving between client sites could be needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experience.
• Basic computer skills/technical knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• May require OT and driving between client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, on-site customer service and support.
• Receive, log, and route courier items and mail.
• Maintain records of inquiries and fulfilled requests.
• Coordinate with supervisor on potential problems or customer concerns.
• Assist in site procedures and coverage for cross-functional tasks.
• Perform routine upkeep of equipment and maintain a clean workspace.
