Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years of service operations experience managing requests.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Receives, prioritizes and coordinates customer service requests from initiation to completion.
• Schedules Technicians and communicates action plans to customers.
• Ensures work meets customer expectations and performs follow-up inquiries as needed.
• Reconciles service requests daily and supports PSA planning and billing activities.
