Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and escalation point, aligning with the client’s business objectives and forming a collaborative partnership.

You will drive the strategic evolution of the client program, oversee daily recruitment activities, and measure performance against KPIs while enabling continued success through strong leadership and sourcing excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment teams, KPIs, and SLAs; knowledge of current recruiting practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software; policy and process development skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts to foster growth.
• Achieve and maintain high levels of client satisfaction through reviews and surveys.
• Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts and professional associations.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to the Director/VP (QBR/QPR).
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and permanent placements).
• Build knowledge of target industries, roles, and market share; communicate value proposition.
• Drive innovation through improved processes, policies, and procedures while hitting KPIs/SLAs.
• Plan to grow and retain accounts; interpret data and trends in reporting.
• Understand TOM and leverage it to strengthen the Adecco/client relationship.
• Partner with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
