Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and expanding responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of recruiting practices compliant with laws and Company policies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software.
• Ability to plan strategically and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building client relationships.
• Present monthly/quarterly performance reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell staffing services (temporary and permanent).
• Meet KPIs and SLAs through process improvements.
• Understand client business, staffing needs and culture.
• Serve as escalation point for client questions.
