Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Corporate Hospitality Supervisor to support daily workplace operations and lead onsite staff in delivering an exceptional guest experience. The role combines hospitality with operational oversight in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The supervisor will maintain a polished workplace, greet visitors, manage room reservations, coach the team, and monitor KPIs with weekly reporting to improve efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, hotel or restaurant operations, event planning, or a related service-focused environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading or supporting a team, with the ability to navigate relationships across all professional levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and meeting room technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring service standards, client expectations, and performance goals are consistently met.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client needs, proactively resolving issues and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.
• Lead, coach, and train onsite team members while reinforcing accountability, professionalism, and service excellence.
• Maintain a polished, organized workplace, including meeting rooms, shared workspaces, kitchens, and supply areas.
• Provide backup reception support, including greeting visitors, coordinating access and badges, and ensuring a welcoming guest experience.
• Monitor meeting room reservations, maintain workplace readiness, and coordinate supplies to support seamless daily operations.
• Track performance metrics, prepare weekly reports, and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
