Esler Companies is seeking a Call Center Associate in Massachusetts to engage homeowners, schedule appointments, and deliver a standout customer experience. No cold calling required, with bonus opportunities and clear pathways for growth.

Weekly and monthly bonuses help you reach $50,000-$70,000 annually. Onsite work is required, with optional work-from-home eligibility after one year. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k with matching, paid time off, and more.

Formación

• At least 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Call center experience is a plus.
• Weekend availability required (shift differential pay available).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a goal-oriented environment.
• Motivated by performance goals and open to coaching and feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Speak with homeowners to understand their needs and schedule appointments for our Sales Consultants.
• Deliver a positive customer experience through active listening, clear communication, and problem-solving.
• Address questions and concerns while helping customers identify the best next steps for their home projects.
• Accurately identify each customer's unique home improvement needs.
• Meet individual and team performance goals with the support of ongoing coaching and training.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers while representing the Renewal by Andersen brand.
