Job summary
Randstad USA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Home Delivery Service Center in Houston, TX. You will be the primary contact for end consumers and client service teams, providing timely, high‑quality support across multiple channels and ensuring resolution on first contact where possible.
The role requires 2+ years in a contact center or customer service setting, HS diploma, and strong English communication.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in a contact center or customer service environment is required.
- English: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with active listening.
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer service or billing issues by exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or notify them of investigation results and planned adjustments.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
