Intuit, Inc. is seeking seasoned Tax Experts to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will deliver full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, act as the primary client advisor, and drive local client growth. You will work on-site, collaborating with bookkeeping specialists as needed, and leverage Intuit tools to provide proactive tax planning and exceptional customer service.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of recent business tax returns prep for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation, 30+ returns per year.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and QuickBooks ProAdvisor desired.
• State licenses/certificates or ability to obtain as required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and tax preparation for consumer and business clients (simple to complex).
• Deliver tax planning and guidance using government resources and Intuit tools.
• Own the client relationship and coordinate with bookkeeping/payroll support to ensure a seamless experience.
• Support local community outreach and TurboTax marketing initiatives.
