Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated TurboTax Retail or Flagship experts to perform full‑service tax preparation for individuals and business entities.

You’ll own client relationships, deliver tax strategy, and provide guidance across bookkeeping and payroll with a local community focus. You’ll work onsite at a TurboTax location, serving customers in person, while collaborating with a support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws with multiple seasons.
• Experience advising clients and providing year‑round tax guidance for small businesses is highly desired.
• Willingness to obtain/maintain state licenses and familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Develop deep understanding of each client’s finances to offer proactive planning and services.
• Act as the central relationship owner across tax, bookkeeping, payroll and related services.
