Intuit Inc. is seeking tax-focused Retail/Flagship experts to deliver full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities at TurboTax locations nationwide.

You will act as the primary relationship owner, offering personalized tax strategy and preparation services, while coordinating with bookkeeping specialists to support broader client needs and ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal/state business tax returns experience for 20+ clients per season using tax software.
• 3 seasons of personal tax prep with at least 30 returns per year in a tax practice or retail setting.
• Bookkeeping knowledge; QuickBooks ProAdvisor desirable.
• Experience with business tax returns and year-round tax guidance for small businesses.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumers and business clients.
• Own the client relationship and deliver tax strategy and preparation services.
• Develop deep understanding of each client’s financial picture for proactive guidance.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping specialists for accounting needs to ensure seamless service.
