Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated Tax Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities. You’ll own client relationships and provide strategic tax guidance while coordinating with bookkeeping and payroll specialists.

This role emphasizes community engagement, local prospecting, and delivery of a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065/1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax prep experience (≥30 returns/year) in a tax practice or retail setting.
• General bookkeeping knowledge and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Own the client relationship, delivering tax strategy and year-round guidance across services.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll and other specialists to ensure seamless service.
• Engage with local communities to grow TurboTax client base and referrals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in live and virtual interactions.
