Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round Business Tax Experts to join TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation for consumers and business entities, advise on deductions and planning, and be the primary contact for your clients as their trusted Expert. This on-site role emphasizes community engagement and growing a local client base, collaborating with bookkeeping and payroll specialists, and delivering a high-quality customer

Qualifications

• 3+ seasons of personal tax preparation, with a minimum of 30 returns per year.
• 3+ years of recent federal/state business tax returns preparation for multiple clients.
• General bookkeeping knowledge and willingness to upskill in QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience providing year-round tax guidance for small businesses is preferred.
• State licenses or ability to obtain required where you work; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to work onsite in TurboTax retail/flagship locations, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full service tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Develop relationships and deliver tax strategy, planning, and software support.
• Promote cross-service opportunities (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and assist with local marketing and client growth.
• Engage with the community as a TurboTax Ambassador and represent the brand locally.
