Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship team as year-round Business Tax Experts. On-site, you will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, including planning and advisory services, while building strong client relationships.

You will collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists to deliver a holistic service, growing the local TurboTax client base and representing Intuit in the community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065/1120-S) for multiple clients.
• 3 seasons of personal tax prep, 30+ returns per year, in a retail or tax practice setting.
• General bookkeeping knowledge; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete tax prep for individual and business clients including complex scenarios.
• Advise on deductions, planning, and year-round tax guidance across Intuit ecosystem.
• Build lasting client relationships and act as a local TurboTax ambassador in the community.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping/payroll specialists to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences in a front-facing retail environment.
