Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in the United States is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners and self-generated opportunities. You will own the entire sales cycle, including post-sale and implementation, negotiate pricing, complete paperwork, and meet sales targets.

The role requires proactive lead generation, strong CRM (Salesforce) usage, and frequent domestic travel to client sites and events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; at least two years' sales experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other applications.
• This role requires a valid, non-restrictive driver's license due to regular travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Continuously expand knowledge of industry trends, products, services and broker practices.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals.
• Travel domestically for client meetings and events as needed.
