Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners, and self-generated opportunities. The role owns the full sales cycle, negotiates pricing, and maintains an accurate sales pipeline with forecast responsibilities.

Responsibilities include prospecting in the designated territory, staying updated on industry trends, and coordinating with clients through the implementation phase.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proven ability to generate and close new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Expand knowledge of industry trends, products, and broker practices.
• Analyze client needs and tailor products and services accordingly.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Manage sales paperwork, expenses, and CRM activity with accuracy.
• Travel domestically as required for client meetings and events.
