Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new opportunities through networking and channel partners. You will own the entire sales cycle, negotiate pricing, and finalize client service terms while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.

Expect aggressive prospecting, regular client meetings, and travel to client sites. The role requires meeting monthly and quarterly quotas and contributing to team training and strategy efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of sales experience.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills and ability to meet quotas.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the territory.
• Maintain ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Prepare and submit new business paperwork and reports on time.
• Travel domestically to client sites and events as needed.
