Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking and channel partners. You will own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale implementation, negotiating pricing and service scope, and finalizing client agreements.

Responsibilities include generating new opportunities, maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, and meeting monthly/quarterly quotas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license required for regular travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Maintain ownership of the full sales cycle, including post-sale and implementation processes.
• Prepare concise executive summaries for client presentations and document activities in CRM.
