Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and close deals with clients. The role requires proactive prospecting, relationship building, and ongoing client support throughout implementation.

The position involves frequent travel to client sites, meetings, and events, with a strong focus on meeting sales quotas and expanding market share. Some experience with Salesforce and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; two years sales experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn other applications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
• Negotiate pricing and scope of service with clients.
• Manage post-sale implementation and client relationships.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
