Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the Charlotte, NC area. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while coordinating with cross-functional teams to tailor services.

Regular travel to client sites and events is required. Ideal candidates will have proven sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• Must maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast and meet sales quotas.
• Travel domestically to client sites, conferences, and events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Negotiate pricing and scope of services with prospects.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to close and implementation.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular activity reports to leadership.
• Conduct regular client meetings during implementation and post-sale support.
