Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and drive revenue growth. The role centers on winning access to decision makers, negotiating terms, and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline.

Travel will be required for client meetings, events, and training sessions. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation and presentation skills, experience with Salesforce, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to generate new business and meet sales quotas.
• Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract.
• Prepare concise executive summaries for client presentations.
• Travel domestically as required to meet clients and attend events.
