Republic Finance, LLC is offering an on-site Branch Operations Intern program for current college juniors and seniors in Business or Finance. You will learn daily branch operations, participate in loan processing, and gain exposure to leadership paths and company initiatives.

The internship emphasizes hands-on experience, regulatory training, and potential full-time employment after graduation. Eligible interns may pursue insurance licensing during the program.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and the Republic Way sales/customer service approach.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding activities.
• Work with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional path and career potential.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops and participate in process-improvement projects.
