The position offers hands-on experience, exposure to the full cycle of branch activities, and the potential for full-time employment after graduation. Applicants must be juniors or seniors in Business or Finance and able to work 18–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Able to commit 18-20 hours per week.
• Willing to undergo background, credit, and pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan processes.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings, and fundings.
• Participate in regional meetings and improvement projects.
• Engage with management to understand career paths.
