Republic Finance, LLC is seeking a Branch Operations Intern who will learn the daily functions of a branch and the broader organization. This onsite internship offers hands-on experience in loan processing, customer service, and compliance, with potential for full-time employment after graduation.

The role emphasizes exposure to Branch Operations, regulatory training, and corporate career paths while developing professional skills in a real-world setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet eligibility requirements for insurance licensing.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Learn loan processes and regulatory training through accelerated program.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and fundings.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotion paths.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Learn about branch operations process improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where Branch experience is valued.
