Job summary

Republic Finance is hiring an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) in Greenville, NC. You will train for 18–24 months, then manage a branch and grow via internal promotion. A full relocation package is provided for moves beyond 50 miles, with a focus on helping customers meet financial goals.

You will originate loan business, assess risk, and guide customers through applications, while advancing sales and leadership skills in a growing, community-focused company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting and training and developing sales plans.
• Develop opportunities to originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on lending services, including credit improvement and debt consolidation.
• Help customers through loan applications, perform risk analysis and credit decisions.
• Support relocation for promotion to Branch Manager when required and help achieve branch sales goals.
