Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, finance, or related field.
• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication/customer relations skills.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in originating loan business by contacting customers and assessing needs.
• Educate customers on lending services and assist through the loan process.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting, training and sales planning.
