Republic Finance is hiring an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) in Asheville, NC. You will undergo an 18–24 month paid training period to master branch operations and management, then manage your own branch with relocation support when promoted.

The role focuses on helping customers achieve financial goals, originating loans, and promoting our lending services. The position offers a competitive base salary of $45,000, an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000, and a $2,500 sign-on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Business, Finance, Sales or related field preferred.
• 1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience is preferred.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Learn branch operations and management during 18–24 month paid training.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales planning.
• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and assessing needs.
• Educate customers on lending services, credit improvement and debt consolidation.
