Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) for our Raleigh, NC location. This role offers a clear path to management within a growing financial services company and rewards performance with a strong overall compensation package.

You will participate in an 18–24 month paid training program, learn branch operations, and develop leadership skills. The position is 100% onsite with relocation support for promotion to Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Business, Finance, Sales or related field preferred.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers meet financial goals and originate loan business.
• Educate customers on lending services and how to improve credit.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and promoting sales goals to ensure customer experience.
