1st Franklin Financial Corporation is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead branch activities and support the Branch Manager. The role emphasizes customer experience, staff supervision, and loan administration.

The starting salary is $19.00 per hour, with onsite work required in the branch. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in financial services, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet licensing requirements while maintaining confidential information and delivering

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in financial services dealing with customers and managing staff.
• Must meet licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Develops and assures that Branch growth, profitability goals and objectives are met.
• Manages all loans including approval of customer loans and sales finance contracts within delegated authority for lending limits.
• Maintains Branch delinquency control and manages delinquencies as appropriate.
• Delegates daily assignments of solicitation to new and existing customers.
• Oversees personnel management including hiring, termination, disciplinary actions, and salary administration.
• Fosters impeccable customer service and ensures timely, clear communication to all Branch employees.
• Follows up on Audit results and recommendations.
