Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in financial services dealing with customers and managing staff.
• Ability to meet licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
• Advanced interpersonal relationship skills across diverse settings.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develops branch growth, profitability goals and objectives.
• Manages loans including approvals within delegated authority.
• Maintains branch delinquency control and engages with delinquencies.
• Develops and maintains the branch budget.
• Delegates daily tasks for solicitation of new and existing customers.
• Oversees personnel management including recruitment, hiring, termination, and salary decisions.
• Exemplifies impeccable customer service at all times.
• Ensures timely and effective communication to all branch employees.
• Follows up on audit results and recommendations.
