Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a Branch Customer Service Representative to warmly welcome members and promote membership, travel products, and banking offerings. You will drive satisfaction, sales, and long-term career growth in a on-site Wheaton, IL location.

Role requires multitasking, strong communication, and a people-first service mindset. Schedule includes Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–6:00 PM with rotational Saturday hours; PTO and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to take ownership and solve problems.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and learning new workplace tech.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership, travel products, select banking products, and other ACG offerings.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance specials, provide travel information, and conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and travel products.
• Respond to member inquiries, help resolve complaints, and refer complex questions to senior staff when appropriate.
• Process payments for insurance policies, travel products, tickets, and travel money products while handling remittance/depository transfers and balancing the cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to travel and insurance sales staff during peak periods and participate in office activities that support branch goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
