Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is hiring a Branch Customer Service Representative to greet members, promote products, and handle inquiries at our Vernon Hills location. You’ll contribute to member satisfaction, sales, and long-term career growth in a dynamic, on-site environment.

You will work Monday–Friday 7:30AM–6:00PM with rotational Saturdays 8:00AM–4:00PM, and occasional holidays. ACG offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within AAA-branded services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer-focused environment experience.
• Ability to take ownership and resolve issues.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic workplace tech.
• Multitask and prioritize in a busy office setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership and travel products.
• Generate leads and share travel and insurance promotions.
• Respond to member inquiries and help resolve complaints; escalate when needed.
• Process payments for policies and products; balance cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to staff during peak periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
